I caught them here years ago being shady with using accounts to push product and it really turned me off. I had no idea they were still at it.

They also had the onerous deceptive practice of claiming the software was a one time fee without revealing on the same page that there was in fact an ongoing charge to have it get accurate information going forward. Sure it would still run but it would become garbage at reporting without updates you had to pay for. They also use to force you to use their expensive proxies (but relaxed that later after complaints)

Finally ahrefs and majestic tend to be much better with data than their included service (webmeup).
