Can any Resell Rights be used as an upsell/oto product

Hello WF,

I would like to ask any of you fellow Warriors if anyone of you know can any license resell rights on a product offer be used and given as an upsell/oto backend product offer or can it just be used as an add-on bonus offer along with the frontend product. You see I just don't want it to be shown and given to the affiliate (to my affiliates as well). Can you guys please help me out here and let me know your answer/response (and tell me what you think). I just don't think it would be right to offer those resell rights license to my affiliates (otherwise they might just buy it and quit as my affiliates - that is just my thoughts on it).

    The resell rights, etc should be included with the PLR product, if it is not, then contacting the creator or ditching the product are probably your only options.

    I'm not sure whether you intend to issue resale rights for a product you created/own, or use a resale licence from a third party product. If it's the latter, there'll be a licence agreement with the product specifying the terms of use. You might, for example, be required to sell it at a particular price, or be prohibited from giving it away as part of a package. Also, you can usually only pass on resale rights to others if you have a Master Resale Rights licence or if it's specified in the terms of a PLR licence.

    The point is, not all resale licences are the same, so before you do anything else, you should check the terms that came with the product.
