How Do PLR Websites Get Their Monthly Content For Others?

Hey Hey Warriors,

It's been a while since I have posted on here. Anyways I had a couple of questions that I hope a few of you would be able to answer for me.

I'm thinking about running a PLR Website...

First, do you happen to know how PLR Websites get their monthly content and from where so that they can distribute to others?

Second, What is the best way to build a PLR website? WordPress, Click Funnels, ETC?

Thanks for your input in advance

Cheers,

    It's mostly on JVZ nowadays.

Before you can sell Private Label Rights to anything... you have to own those rights.

How do you get those rights?
    1. create your own, original products,
    2. contract others to create original products for you, or
    3. purchase PLR products which include the right to sell PLR rights to those same products

The first option gives YOU total control over the quality of the product(s), and (therefore) the potential to create the highest quality products with the best potential for higher sales prices.

The second option allows you to scale the business in terms of the number of products available for sale, but a) you have to search out quality providers, and b) you will probably have to settle for a somewhat lower quality when depending on others for the production of product(s).

As for the last option, you can sometimes find products on other PLR sites that include the right to onsell
those rights (PLR) to others, but... those products (IMHO) are the lowest quality. They are typically "churn & burn" products that are quickly produced with the sole intent of onselling the rights to others. The "rights" become the primary feature of the product, rather than the product itself.

    Sid nailed it.

Some people, like Tiffany Lambert, still write all their own content.

Many hire writers to write for them while they do the marketing and handle customer service.

One company I know is a partnership, one writes and one runs the business side.

    There are many options.

But as already said, if you buy PLR make sure you read the license. Most cannot be resold as PLR and if it can, it's probably not the best quality.

Alice Seba and Ron Douglas have an excellent course on starting a PLR business.

You can find it here: https://www.elitewriterslab.com/plr-biz/2444

That is NOT an affiliate link. I have taken the course and highly recommend it.

    Lance,

Sid's reply is right on the money. I just wanted to add something that many people don't realize.

If you want to create your own PLR but lack for ideas, topics, or sources, spend some time looking into public domain content. It's materials you can discover online that carries no copyright so you can use it as your own.

There are millions and millions of pieces of content in various forms that you can brand as your own and sell and contrary to what many people believe, it is not all old outdated worthless junk. There are books, magazines, articles, images, audio and video, and other content forms all available for you to use however you want.

Good luck with your PLR business.

  • Point always to figure with content is ... have I seen this before, sumplace?

Countin' backwards from what Sid said, THING 3 is the archetypal B movie.

Jus' gotta take a whiff on that kinda stuff & yr DNA kicks in with a reflex NAH.

THING 2 has more value bcs you got a better cast an' mebbe a fast car complements yr lead actress in a dinky way.

Helps also that mebbe said dinky actress could have yr frickin' eyeballs out with her boobies if'n she opts to pirouette.

THING 2 is prolly where plenty stable trade an' creativity exists -- a considered manipulation an' synthesis of worthy core elements.

But yeah THING 1 is where the real shit happens.

We know alla the manipulation an' synthesis is gowin' on -- but we can't see how it's done.

Sumthin NOO is happnin' here -- sumthin' with intrinsic value.

Course, a few years down the line, evry THING 1 becomes yet another element to feed into alla the THING 2 combinatorial stuff ... an' be unforensically cloned as yet more THING 3s.

But if evrywan dowin' your THING, gotta figure you win.
