Many different domains with same style layout and different content linking to us, good for bad?

We have many websites linking to us. They all look the same so probably from same people. The content is different, but layout exactly the same. There is no referral code in the URL that links to our site when we click get coupon so it makes me wonder what is the purpose of this website.

I am sure some of you have seen backlinks like this and can tell me what I should do.

    The url was removed so I can't tell exactly what the links were but it sounds like spam links.

    Sometimes websites link to you to get your attention and try and sell you things. If you're worried about the SEO impact then don't, Google will discount them.

    You could disavow them too but I'd probably just leave them.
