Does google consider css classes as duplicate content?

I have four web tools. All these websites have different designs but the css classes are same on all these websites. Does google consider this as a duplicate content ?
#classes #content #css #duplicate #google

They won't let you answer with one word on this forum but if they did, it would be "no".

In what direction ... that search engines consider markup "content"?

Seriously, if sites that had the same CSS were "penalized" for duplicate content (as if such a thing as a duplicate content penalty exists), then every website that uses the same template would be screwed. That means no more Wordpress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, etc. Nope, everybody would have to build their sites from scratch.

C'mon. you can't be serious. Not only does your premise not work, but you may need to review the whole concept of a duplicate content penalty. There is no such thing and never has been.

She wouldn't mind. And mostly any backlink is better than a no-backlink.

Well, this thread is about Cascading Style Sheets and not backlinks. Besides, there are definitely toxic backlinks that are far worse than no backlink. That whole "any ink is better than no link" concept went out the door a decade ago with the introduction of the Penguin algorithm update and it's only gotten harder since then.
