Hi guys:

When I search for allintitle: XXX Product Review

I got:
Your search - allintitle:XXX Product Review - did not match any documents

If I publish an article, XXX Product Review, will my article appear in Google search results? Or Google will ignore my article?

Thank you in advance!

It will probably not show in results based on title alone. You need to do some basic SEO.

Based on my experience, just optimizing the title alone usually isn't enough get your page top ranks

You have to also do the following (the list is actually much longer once you've ranked enough pages according to your niche's parameters but this list is a good place to start)

    1) Mention your main keyword in the first paragraph of your article's body

    2) Mention your main keyword in your metadescription

    3) Mention your main keyword in one of your article's headings

    4) Mention your main keyword in one of your picture's alt tags

    5) Mention RELATED (contextual aka LSI keywords) in the body of your article - in their own subsections - usually a closely related subheading - these are crucial since they provide CONTEXT

    6) Your content must ANSWER THE SEARCH INTENT behind your target keyword - miss this and your ranking chances get really dicey

    7) Your content must hold the attention of the reader long enough so they don't bounce out immediately - Google is paying attention to bounce rate now thanks to its RANKBRAIN update.

    8) Your content must be slightly above the average length of your competitors' content for the same keyword target
