How to prepop with MaxBounty Offers

Does anyone know how to pre-pop with MaxBounty, I've tried adding the parameters I wanted to pass in the link building area but it didn't work.
Any help would be welcome, please.
Below is an example, How should I insert my parameters in this affiliate tracking link (I would pass Gender, DOB, Fname, Lname, and Email)
