I've been seeing Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Instagram & Facebook nonstop for the last 2-3 months. From real estate to eCommerce, everyone's using them. Is this a new way of getting connected with the customers?

    1. it has this very personalised outlook
    2. it makes it easier for you to funnel potential leads
