How do you keep organized? Lots of stuff to store. Any tips?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have GIGs of stuff on my hard drives (2 external disks) and has been wondering how do you guys keep the stuff organized?

I mean I have lots of articles, PLRs, MRRs, videos, audios, etc... and it's rather difficult to organize them well especially if they take lots of GIGs of hard drive's space.

It happens I cannot find something I have for days! :-(

Any tips, ideas? :-)

Fabian Fuller, here on the forum, has a fantastic piece of software to organize your drives. It will even scan for you and find them all then you can go in and add all the details after. You can sort in several different ways to find the exact information you need so you don't have to worry about knowing exactly where it is.

He's added in a whole bunch more features since I got it so I don't even know what all it will do now but it's great.

  Marian, if you are still looking, I have a solution I think directly addresses your needs, if you run Windows.

Good resources here thanks! It can become pretty crazy at some point if you don't organize yourself well for sure.

I've deleted a bunch of stuff that I'm sure I'll never use or that I thought were good but aren't. It's like clothes. But the problem is indeed with the size of some stuff. I've put some folders on file hosting websites like mediafire so that I can access them from anywhere. But I'm not talking abut GIGs of stuff here!
