Managed Placements - How is it done?
I need some help...I am a noob to google content network.
I have accomplished getting impressions/clicks for general websites that are fully niche related. This is not a problem.
Where I run into a wall is trying to target bigger sites with only certain pages and sub domains that are relevant to my niche.
How do I set this up in google content network managed placements?
