I have a site with 646 pages in the index for google.com and 9400 in google.co.uk / google.de etc

Any advice or suggestions as to how I can get the number of indexed pages increased in google.com?

    Hello tonywarrior2,

    Submit your site to google webmaster tools if you have not yet done so. Then submit your xml sitemap.
    Also make sure that your pages have good quality content that is highly relevant to the keyword that you are targeting.
