Squeeze URL or Sales URL?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have purchased the URL that I will use for my membership program. Do you suggest that this URL be used for the sales page which will in turn have hidden pages that will contain the members monthly content?

or

Should the main URL be the squeeze page in which I will be offering giveaways to engage people to opt in and build my list?

Would love to hear what others are doing or any suggestions!

Build your list with a squeeze page. You can put a sales page on another page of the site like yoursite.com/offer

Don't put either on the root domain, put a php or .htaccess redirect and send people to where you want them to go first. That keeps you from being tied in to any one strategy.
