I want to sell a domain, keywords and structure ready

Hey warriors,

I want to sell a domain but haven't done it before.

It is hosted, has wordpress installed with all relevant
plugins (all in one SEO etc), it has main keyword in the domain name and has 9 other pages that are relevant and
researched keywords that are low competition and high search.

It is ready to go for a person that is willing to add content
and market it.

I just dont have the time at the second but the shell could
make the right person money.

How do I go about selling this domain?

Thanks warriors,

Robin

Well since it has a site on it, you can sell it in WF Complete sites for sale. You could also sell it on Flippa, namepros.com, sitedeal.org, Ebay, DP forum ... although I never recommend the last two.

Does it have above average design, traffic, revenue ... a Twitter following, a Facebook page .... anything of value? If none of the above, it may not sell at all. You get a lot more money for sites when they already have traffic and revenue coming in. Startups really have to be extraordinary to sell.

nothing it is literally a well researched shell of a site.

It needs everything, content and traffic.

I was thinking could be a good op for someone that wanted to start to get into IM.

Maybe put a report together of how to create content and drive traffic and sell it as a package for a person starting out.

Take a look at Warrior Complete Sites for Sale section. I'm selling copies of my niche blogs for $27. They have great design and content already in place, plus a commercial plugin and keyword research thrown in all for $27, and there are many people doing this very same thing in there ... and some for cheaper than $27.

Your listing fee would be $20 here (if you join the War Room for $37) and $29 on Flippa. You're going to have to offer more than that if you want to be competitive.

sbucciarel, that sounds like a great deal you are offering people.

I have never looked in that section but sounds like it is a great way for newbies to get into IM.

The reason I started thinking about this is because I came across this site:

          http://www.taxguidance.co.uk/

It comes up on the first page for the keyword: "tax guidance"

Do you reckon that is overpriced or will sell because it has good rankings and targeted at a traditionally cashed up market?

First I'd have to do the keyword research to see exactly how many people actually search for the term tax guidance before I would consider paying anything for it.
