Review sites for Brand Names

So I've been doing some keyword research trying to figure out which keywords I should try to build traffic towards.

I've noticed on brand name products many times they have a low competition with a high OCI/Adwords count (which means a majority of people searching these keywords are buyers).

What do you all think of these? Would it be wise to create a site like a Review site dedicated to this, add content and sections based on the keywords and try to SEO it to the top?

    Often brand names have trademarks and will get legal departments involved if you purchase a domain with there name in it..

    So just be careful

      Common misconception occurs when brand names are searched for keywords.

      The new marketers thinks "wow, not much competition" - but the reason for low competition is the company protects its brand and any site violating the trademark gets shut down. The reason there aren't many competitors is not many are allowed to use the trademark.

      Point is - don't use trademarked brand names in domain names.
