Here is a quick, easy solution.

    Go to streamsend.com/sign_up/?plan_id=125

Sign up for a free 30 day trial

There is no credit card required

Upload your list and send your email

That is a good option, but you will be working really hard with follow up email. You should really think about an auto-responder. If you cant afford it right now, put it in your budget.

This will allow new members to your list to start from the beginning of your promotion.

I agree with Rich. If you are wanting to do something long term I would strongly suggest you invest in an autoresponder. I recommend aweber they have the highest deliverability in the industry.

If you are just looking to send out a test email, then use a free service.

    Recommendation on auto-responder services.

    http://aweber.com is Tops
    http://getreponse.com is also Highly Recommended

I even know someone that send his emails through
    http://www.constantcontact.com less recommended

With auto-responders you can preload your messages and they get delivered automatically on specified days from the date they sign up.

The auto-responder is where you can build on your list and market regularly with without writing new messages all the time.

I have used PHPlist for a few years...it is free and not too huge of a learning curve. Seriously not too pretty, but functional. It will send emails of unlimited number, but you probably have to be careful of the sending limits of your host.
