Does anyone know of the best way to remove a link from the Wordpress horizontal navigation (Top) menu bar?

Everytime I add a new page, it automatically gets its title added to that menu bar.

I want to exclude one of the pages from the menu bar.

I found a video online that said I need to edit the functions.php code but I couldn't find the code mentioned in the video.

Is there a plugin that will do it automatically?

Try the "Exclude Pages" plugin - does what it says on the can

  Also, if your theme supports the WP3.0 menu system, then you can use it instead of running extra plugins which may impact performance.
