Email / Auto reposnders Sites

I have many many email addresses and I am looking for an email program, website or somewhere i can go to upload email address so i can send out emails. I have tried a few places yet every email i have uploaded i have to wait for someone to confirm or something at the other end before my email is actually sent - what can i do to get by this or find somewhere can upload my lists with ease

      Are you mental - i have just upgraded to a mac and on my pc i had everything setup and i am not spamming yet the programs i was using and hadd setup for years do not work in Mac - I need a solution to upload my excel file is all this is not spamming -- hello so you had no right to suggest that
