Question about Strong E-mail Marketing Infrastructure

hello my warriors friends, i have a question and I need feedback from you about email marketing.
We have a base about 5 million optin emails (not spam) captured over 15 years of IM in Brazil.
We need a solid Email Marketing Structure to send these emails.
would like to be able to send 1 million emails per day. Without going into spam lists and without be marked.
Anyone using email marketing in large numbers around?
please help me by sharing their tips on systems, servers, dns, ip, hostage.
Thanks in advance.

We can split this in a lot of parts, domains, emails, but we need structure to send.

That's pretty impressive, being they are opt-in subscribers. You should probably invest in a solution that you have full control over. I can't recommend anything specific, since it may not be what you need, but I know there is software out there that you can purchase and do this without worry.

you'll probably need your own server for this. 1 million is a heck of a lot to send out in a day. to be safe, i would stay under 20k. if you need software to manage this, check my sig.

Dear, we currently have 3 dedicated servers in Brazil and send 150 000 emails per day.
But we are looking for someone who can help us with international servers and structure.

If you have not emailed somewhat regularly to these optin addresses, will people still remember you, or will they report it as spam because, after so many years, they have no idea who you are?

You don't need your own dedicated solution on your own server. There are plenty of services out there who will allow you to upload your lists and mail them. The question is definitely spam complaints. If you get too many a lot of these services will shut you down. Others are geared towards helping customers overcome the spam complaint problems by rotating IP's and such.

If you are only sending 150,000 emails a day right now you are going to want to slowly ramp this up. It's known as "warming up" an IP. Send too much too quickly and your IP will get blacklisted.

Some of the email marketing services that cater to list owners with lists that generate a lot of spam complaints have rotating IP addresses. Granted the deliverability won't be as high but you'll at least get your messages out.

If possible I'd strongly recommend segmenting your database. You may be able to segment by customer (the best kind of subscriber of course), where they signed up, how they signed up and when they signed up. You'll know better than anyone what combination of signup events leads to the most responsive subscriber for you.

Separate out your high quality leads who are unlikely to flag your messages as spam. Don't lump them in with the rest. Mail them separately.

You may also be able to reactivate old subscribers. Segregate out the people who open and click on links in your messages to a new list. They are "live".

Another benefit of using a hosted email marketing solution is they'll handle all the bounced email address and remove them for you. It's usually in their best interest to help you keep your list clean and they'll usually have implemented many features to help with this. Another discussion entirely.

Here's some solutions you can try that we've used:
    Analytic Approach
    ListMarketer
    Lyris
    iContact
    Get Response
    Office Autopilot
    Listrak
I'm pretty sure all of those allow you to upload your lists provided they are clean.
