How do I add YouTube Video into a post here?

Hi all,

I have searched high & low for an answer to this question so posting this thread is all I can think of.

Can anyone tell me how I embed a youtube video into a post on the Warrior Forum please?

Simply copy the URL in the address bar of the YT video and paste it into your post where you want it.

  No, that just parses it as a link. I have tried that and using the embed code. There must be some bb code that people are using or something.

  I've spent the last few mintues trying to figure it out and from memory it has something to do with

  Turn on (i.e. Tick the boxes):
  
  Automatically parse links in text
  Automatically embed media
  
  Then just post the vid URL and it'll work for ya.

PHP Code:

[url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=]Title of Video[/url]

It's not php code but just needed to show you how it looks without it actually showing a video.
Replace the link with your youtube video link and change 'Title of Video' to whatever you want the title to show above the video.

That will insert a video that looks like this...

  that's what worked for me:
  
  Click on the Share button on the YouTube video you want to embed and post it straight into a post. Don't add any other code to it at all. Once you click post, it will show.
