Need Help - 3200 Clicks on Ebay and only 2 Sales :(

I cannot figure out what is going on ... I am getting plenty of traffic to my site and if they are looking for xyz product the ebay links take them to xyz product.

I am using phpbay and listing them with just the pic/description and price. Some say posting ebay listings with Bid now/ buy now / add to watch list is better.

If it would be better to have the Bid now/ buy now / add to watch list is better, have BayRss, but there is very little help on the forum with how to set that up and if you have a product with more than one keyword, such as Elmo Live but that doesn't work it pulls up all Elmo's and I can't get an answer as to how to refine the search

But what I really want to know is why so many clicks over 3200 since Nov 25th and only two sales. And when I run the report there are no outstanding bids, which I find disheartening.

Anyone have suggestions, I could really use some help here? I have asked a couple people and the say that their conversions are a bit higher than normal but not anywhere near what I am seeing.
