After You Add A New Post To Your Website What Do You Do?

Im curious what do you do after each time you add a new post to your website to get them indexed in the search engines and some traffic.

Do you submit your post to 10-20 social bookmarking sites? ping it on a bunch of ping sites?... etc

    I use WPSyndicator which sends out an excerpt of my post to a number of different sites that all include a backlink back to my post.

    That's really all I do for most of my posts - WPSyndicator is fantastic!

    Ping it but if you build some authority to your
    site it's even easier to get your pages indexed.
