The IMLC is continually updated and I add new forms and info as members request them. For instance, last week someone needed special terms for a classified ads site so I uploaded one for all members to use.

You'll get the precise legal language needed. Some of what BAP posted will work. Some may not. Although you really have two purposes.

First purpose, show the merchant you have TOS. I'm guessing anything will do, but maybe the merchant is looking for something in particular.

Second purpose, to reduce the likelihood of lawsuits being filed against you and to increase your odds of winning a dispute. Heck, just preventing disputes. Then you will want more precise legal language.

Make sure you're dealing with an attorney. There was a recent offer on the board for legal forms and advice and it turned out the person was not an attorney, was not experienced, etc., and we had to have a private discussion. Bob, Mike and I are all licensed attorneys who regularly practice in this area.
