Tech Issue May Have Lost Customer Data
All, had an amazing customer event today but was informed by MailChimp that an error in the code prevented them from capturing my registered attendees.
People entered their info on my site via my 2 iPads. I haven't cleared the history. Does anyone know if there's a way to look back on the iPad keystrokes or entries to my site to capture this info, after the fact?!
