Desktop Wordpress mass blog post manager??

I am look for a desktop software program that will:

Post one article to 1 or 1000 wordpress Blogs
Post 100's articles to 1 or 1000 wordpress Blogs
Schedule articles posting to wordpress blogs
Ramdom articles posting to blogs
Build in WYSIWYG editor

All the Wordpress blogs will have separate domain and host account.

I looked at WordPress Mass Installer but their spelling is terrible and I am unsure if it is real or a scam.

I will pay a reward of $XXX for your help!

      BlogBot by Incansoft should do everything on you list, except schedule posts. When you select which blogs to post to - it posts.
