Is there anyone tried giving away free stuff through their email list using "file hosting websites" that pays money per 1000 downloads

sites like hotfile, filesonic etc..

do you think it's a good way for making extra money? did anyone try this before?

    Never tried it just because it never sounded like a good way to make any money. I doubt too many people have had a whole lot of success with that method. I'd be interested to meet someone that has though.
