If you had a PR1 domain with no content, what would you use it for?

This may seem like a silly question, but I need some advice on what to put on a domain I own, that currently isn't being used.

I was going through all of my domains the other day, and discovered that an old domain that has only been used for email, and android API testing, has a page rank 1 in google's eyes. I'm guessing it is ranked from age, since it has no content.

Now, I'm sure a lot of you guys are like "PR1... Ha!".... but, I'm just getting started in the IM world, and all of my sites that pitch products are still N/A or PR0. So this feels huge to me :p

So... Should I:
A. Turn it into another product website?
b. Turn it into some type of content site, that links to my other product sites?
c. Something even better _____________________? (Fill in the blank.. I love those!)

Looking forward to reading your ideas.

Thanks!
Jared

Whatever the niche is for this domain, I would turn it into a landing page to build a list for that niche and then create an autoresponder to help those people with information, build a relationship and create some long term income potential.

I think the thing that is stumping me, is that it isn't a niche domain name, unlike all of the others I picked up for IM. Definitely hear you on building a good relationship with folks that opt-in to any lists. I haven't focused on that "yet" but know that it will be essential to making any sort of income in this field.

      Thanks for the advice!

If you don't plan on doing anything with it then just 301
redirect it to another of your sites to pass the link juice
to another site. No point in letting the PR go to waste!

Basically when you 301 redirect a site it passes the link
juice from your backlinks on to the new site.
