Cheap n good helpdesk?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi warriors , what's a good n cheap helpdesk script for doing customer management? I need my team from around the world to be able to login and replying tickets , etc...

What do you think?

Well... If I may say so myself , I prefer comm100. I use their service for my site Micro Jobs Online. I use the live chat service, although I never really go online. But when I am not online, people can just message me through it. I think you can also use their tickets service. Best part is... It's all FREE! And I am not here to advertise for them. You can see that I use them on my site microjobsonline(dot)com.

You could try OSTicket. Haven't used it myself but I believe it's a pretty popular open source support system. Plus, it's free.
