Looking for advanced membership script

I starting a new membership site that requires some advanced features and I haven't found an existing script that offers these features, maybe you guys and girls can help me out.
- all members should have their own profile page
- inside the members area people can take courses and once they are completed, this should be shown in their profile, as well as the courses they have not completed yet
- dripfeed for content
- a system which allows members to request support via email. Eg:
membership level 1: 1 support email per month
membership level 2: 3 support emails per month
They should be able to see in their profile how many questions they have asked already and how many they have left this month. If they try to ask more questions than allowed, they should get a message saying they have reached their limit or they should upgrade.
Does a system like this exist? Maybe as a combination of multiple scritps?
