Is this unique content?

Two weeks ago I deleted the content(25 articles) on one of my site to upload it again to my other site. Of course before that I had to make sure that it was unique content. For this reason I asked Google to remove the links through Webmaster tools.Google removed the whole content from its index within 10 days.
However, I have an unexpected problem now. When I type the keywords, some of the articles still appear in Google results on a RSS site and when I click on the link it says "the feed has been removed by it's owner"

I don't know what to do.
is it unique content or not?

I think it takes some time for google to remove it completely.

      As above.

Even if the links are still live RSS or other sites, your site is now gone and so it does not matter.

Yes, it will be unique content.

Perhaps you can try running it through copyscape and you may be able to find out sooner rather than later

That's what I was about to say... In doubt, use Copyscape.
