Well, if you are asking about SPAM, yes, it is legal to send spam in the USA. But rules must be followed according to the Can-Spam Act to be perfectly legal.

Even though legal, the practice of sending spam is still frowned upon, so it is in your best interest to go the proper route and capture emails by Squeeze page. Then you can spam people all you want and the only consequence will be some of those people will unsubscribe when they have had enough of you.

So....you should set up a Squeeze Page....give something of value away for FREE....drive traffic to the page by social media, paid solo ads, ppc, forum signature, etc...set up an autoresponder, pretend to be nice and generous even if you are mean and stingy....then wait for it, wait for it, wait for it....and BOOM!!!...send an email with your affiliate link for something worth atleast $10,000 and you WILL be rich!

That's the dream anyway and I just can't, can't, can't get it out of my head!!
