Sales Management system - any suggestions?
I sell back links here and I need something to automate it.
For example I have recurring payments setup for a monthly service, and every week I have to login and check everything by hand to see if there are new subscriptions, cancelled ones, who paid when, its costing me a lot of time to keep track of everything and it isn't 100% fail proof this way as I might over look things.
Also cause I work with many VA's and external contractors it would be nice if I could upload the order in the system, then my content manager can login to see if there is new work, then he writes the content, flags it as complete, then it should be send over to a special section for my VA, where they can take the content and follow their task list, when complete that they can upload the files there (link reports) then I get notified and can send it to the client etc etc.
Is anyone familiar with an affordable service/system where I can set it up as above explained?
