How to send a product to a customer after they purchase through paypal

Hi guys,

I have a very simple question that I'm sure tons of you can help me out with.

After someone purchases my product, how can I automatically send them the product files via email?

So they click "BUY NOW" then they go to paypal, they pay, and then I want them to receive an automated email with the product files (or email with a link to get the product files).

How do I automate the email send out after purchase?

What's the easiest, simplest, hopefully free way of doing this?

Does paypal itself give an option to do this?

    If i was selling just through paypal i always used to deliver the product to them in their first follow up email

    These days i sell most of my products through some type of affiliate platform but still deliver the product on their first follow up email

    Isn't there any better program for that, I'm also using the paypal function but not all customers get redirected no idea why

    Buy DLGuard. Best purchase I've made. Use it for all of your products, not just one. It takes the payment via Paypal, then sends an expiring link to the customer. Has a lot of other features too.
