
Vendors: How to create a customer's list, exactly?
I currently have one list and am using aweber for it.
On my website, at the moment, I sell only my own product using ejunkie together with paypal.
I have an autoresponder series set up and some of the people in my list have already bought my product a while ago.
1) How do I exactly create a customer's list? Do I need to take the emails used for payment and manually add them to a new list I create in aweber called "customer's list"?
2) But let's say john smith is on my list with the email johnsmith [at] xxxxx.com but he buys my product using the email js1290 [at] xxxxx.com
In that case if I manually add js1290 to my new list, John would then get two newsletters, the one at johnsmith promoting the old product he has already bought and the one at js1290 promoting a new product I'll choose to sell.
How do I ideally automate all this process in the most accurate way using the tools I'm currently using (aweber, ejunkie, paypal)?
Or if the tool I'm using are not good for automation, which tools should I use?
