Wordpresss + E-mail List

Hi,

I was wondering do you guys use any type of plugin or anything that captures a list?

I'm aware of Aweber, but is there one for free? This is mainly for Wordpress as well.

    I have been using Wordpress for several years. I can tell you I have never found a free solution for list building.

    I can recommend Aweber for the simplicity of creating the web-forms to use on your sites. It is the only reason I still use Aweber.

    I prefer ConstantContact for their reporting and metrics. But, they do not provide the web form creator function; just talked with them yesterday about that issue.

    I have also used a few other systems, but seem to come back to Aweber for list building. I believe they have a $1 trial offer. You could get in and review their training and do a few tests pretty cheaply.

    If nothing else, do a Google search for email marketing, lead capture forms, etc and read up on some of the services that are available.

    For me, I'm going to use a paid service. But this is for a friend of mine. She had asked me if there's a free version which I couldn't think of one. So I had to ask the WF fam

      I use MailChimp, it works pretty well for me. They have a plugin to help integrate the form into your WP site.

    Mail Chimp and Iminica are free autoresponders.

    There are also free WordPress plugins that can function as an autoresponder!
