Every time I travel to one of my alternate "homes" I experience a surge in sales from that region that lasts until I leave. The effect is especially strong in the U.K. Only around 8% of my sales normally originate from there. But I arrived for the summer just a few days ago and U.K. sales have surged to a good 25%!
This isn't a one-time event... the pattern has repeated itself for the three years since I started in IM.
My sites are hosted in the U.S. My own physical location can have no bearing whatsoever on site performance... so what's going on?
