How to post your ID picture in the wordpress theme comments

INTERNET MARKETING

I have my blog using wordpress theme, I setup avatar and my ID pic is seen in my blog. But the problem is, if I comment on the blogs of others using wordpress my avatar will not appear.

Please I need your help. I want that when I comment with other blogs people will see who am I through my ID pic.
