Your Morning Thoughts.....

Good morning warriors! Hope everyone is having a great morning a properous year!
I wanted to take the time to give everyone a tip on having a great day everyday!

What's on your mind when you wake up and wipe the drool from your face?

Your morning thoughts are what determine the rest of your day. When you wake and think negative thoughts you create negative energy, which attract negative energy.

Thinking about negative outcomes or situations for even as little as 2-3 mins can affect your day. Because even though you only briefly had those thoughts they stay in your subconscious mind long after you consciously stop thinking about them.

So what should you do to insure that you will have a great day everyday!? Simple....

THINK POSITIVE!

Wake up and say "Today is going to be a great day, full of happiness and blessings!
Today the world is going to send me challenges that will improve my life and grow me as a person!"

Having a positive mindset changes your entire outlook on the world.

Stay Positive, Stay Motivated, Never Give Up!

I find this so true. I've got routines set up in the morning to try and bring out these positive thoughts. So without checking my email, facebook etc in the morning I go straight down stairs, have a fat glass of water, go out in the sun and just close my eyes and meditate for 10 minutes.

This really helps me get a relaxing start to the day and just feel good.

    Cheers, Zach.

There is a routine in the morning timeline. Basically I wake up early from bad and walk for about 20-30 minutes. And then go for bath and take the breakfast then go to the office.

What I regularly do is install 'commands' to my subconscious inducted by the cosmic master and I rejoice quality, non-interrupted sleep during the night. I do it often and generally I tend to be more positive during the day and view the world the way it was meant to be seen.

My dreams turn into lucid ones and most of the times I unearth some symbolic meaning that has to do with my life and what the future has in store for me. The more I use these programs, the more efficient I become. So it's my 'nightly thoughts' that govern how my day will pan out.

I never put my imagination to a hold. I visualize attracting the things I am after and foster scenarios on how I will attract them my way. Henceforth I engineer the mind for great expectations and when they manifest to reality I know I'm on the right path. Yet the prerequisite is to take of action but that's taken care of signs that my dreams spill out. Therefore I am guided by means of hypnosis and totally discard limits. You have unlimited potential and your only circumscription is the limits you consciously impose to yourself.

Think of stumbling blocks merely as challenges and grow a habit of overcoming them using hypnotic imagery concocted by the cosmic master

How would you perform by the provision that your esoteric powers are limitless, how confident would you be in your own right and how great would you perform in a quest to perfection. Let alone influence others with remote mind power.

Ahhh, nothing beats a Cosmic Master session. Hands down the best in town.

I too get programmed throughout the night with a USB stick in my home cinema. I get my dose every other day and socialize like crazy.

I agree with this, don't read newspaper first thing in the morning, but read self help books or read the word of God. Build positive thoughts and whatever happen the whole day, you know what to do, you can face challenges instead of hiding and making excuses.

I have notes to myself stuck all around my computer - positive thinking, affirmations, things that make me smile. I like Will Smith's quote, "Being realistic is the most common path to mediocrity." Sometimes I spend 5 minutes with YouTube motivational videos or just something hilarious. It's hard to feel negative when you're laughing.

Been trying to learn about meditation, the LoA and such for a while. Baby steps.

I find I do better in the mornings if I get straight into doing stuff, rather than lazing around in bed.

As for positive thoughts, you need to surround yourself with positive stuff. Cut negative people out of your life. I don't have a job, but I moved to a really expensive neighbourhood. All the positive vibes here mean I'll soon find a good job.

I tried that the first day's and it seams good. But after long hours of work on my computer, I could not but hold myself back, when I wake up with groaning, and feeling weary of the new day.

It is good and pays to think positively, but its an attitude difficult to cultivate.

I have a mantra I repeat while doing some stretching, "Happy, Healthy, Wealthy" before I go through and put the kettle on and start seeing to dogs etc.

      Love this thread!

When I wake up in the morning I say a little prayer and list 5 to 10 things I am thankful for. That usually keeps my spirits up. I heard this on a Tony Robbins tape.

Positive thoughts straight out of bed is the way to go and with that I tend to give myself some time for certain activities that put me into a good mood rather than jumping straight on to work.

One of the things that is really changing my day is when I wake up in the morning and read one of the Psalms that are written in the Bible...

Do to others as you would have them do to you.

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.

I just joined the "Mind Warriors" forum and I really love it! I love positive energy and community of inspirational people!

Great idea for having positive morning thoughts. It reminds me to my favorite quote: "You've got to get up every morning with determination if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction." This isn't always easy to do, but it's definitely easier if you plan your day in advance (ideally night before).

If you find it difficult to be positive or motivated in the morning, there is something that can help (this always helps me when I need motivation): software that blinks positive messages on your computer screen: Subliminal Messages - Free Software | Mind of a Winner - it's free to use so you can try it (for example you can choose category "Personal Development" and subcategory "Happiness")

One great way is mind conditioning, to tell lot of positive things to your mind in the morning. It makes you feel super confident throughout the day

In my case here, morning thoughts are something inconsequential to me. I normally plan my day ahead. So before I go to bed, I already have my list of activities or errands to do for the following day (both the task and the time it should be done). Thus, I do not have moments for morning thoughts and go to my schedule right when I wake up.

I totally agree! Positive thinking brings positive feelings and how you feel is a direct correlation to your actions. There are so many studies that show the impact of stress and negative thoughts on your body. Stay positive often and live longer.
