I found that when I am working out regularly I am more productive and more confident then when I'm sleeping more hours.
One of my goals is to really make it part of my daily routine to the point it becomes habit. I am really trying to get a routine together to balance my life.
I need to put in the hours of work to get the results of income and I need to exercise to stay strong and healthy while making time for friends and family. I anticipate it will take at least a year or two to get something down consistently.
Your habits are everything and they are the hardest things to change. But successful habits will guarantee you successful results.
