Hello,
As i have gotten clear in the last few weeks on what i want ..and what i would like to do to get what i want . one of the things that has popped up to me as a way to make money .. is building sites to sell on flippa for 200-400 dollars .. i know you can make more butit is a place for me to start ..

does anyone have links to free ebooks or their own advice on what kind of sites to build that would sell for that .. help me focus on what to study as I learn.

My personality is more suited to building stuff or putting stuff on auction that someone more skilled than me can look at the site and think of several ways they can buy it do simple things to increast the value and turn around a sell it for 2 or three times what they buy it from me for..

Well - the niche sites that work best and are heavily searched are: Health and Fitness, Making Money and Love and Relationship - In my opinion your sites content should be helping people to solve their problems, challenges or burning desires by offering iron clad solutions.

Please beware though that there are a lot of good quality niche sites out there for sale at very cheap prices. A lot of them are right here on the forum.

Good luck and hope this helped a bit :-)

Building and flipping websites can be very lucrative, from what I hear. I have heard that the more "aged" your domain name is, the better.

Try to find a quality domain of as few characters as possible. It's best to try to find one that already established and has had lots of traffic coming to it.

Google keyword researcher can give you some good ideas, as far as what people are looking for, to give you some ideas for good niches.

Thee are some good courses on domain flipping. One is by the Millionaire Society, which is the course I took, I was a bit disappointed,m though, to learn that they did not go more into the factors to truly make a site lucrative. I flipped a few domains, but only made about $50 on a couple of the highest sales.

Surely there's more in-depth courses that teach more about finding niches, and placing content on sites to flip them. I think that is key. I didn't personally think the Millionaire Society course went into as much depth as they could have about these topics.

If I come across other courses that might give you more insight, I will let you know.

    Good luck!

    Odahh.

I'd recommend you look at anything by Zach Booker on this forum. I've bought his latest product and he covers all aspects. It's not free but I feel it is money well spent.

I think you need a blueprint or system to force you to learn and then adapt to your own style.

One way I have found that is profitable does take a little time, but after you get things going you can keep a steady flow of "aged" domains and websites up for sale.

You will find your best money when you have some traffic. Even if you have a massive database of informqation and images galore, the site with some traffic will sell for a much higher amount than the dead site with all the bells and whistles.

If you get into flipping you Will find that you can gain Much more income by concentrating on generating traffic, generating some numbers, and becoming a nuisance to competitors in that specific niche.

This takes time. But if you continually buy domains for the purpose of using your "system" on and getting your sites active, larger competitors whose toes you are stepping on will often buy you out for a better price than you will get at auction. And sometimes you may get more than one company into a bidding war, which is always nice. And it's not so much that one wants your "numbers" more than the other, but rather they don't want their larger competitors to have them. This works well for competitive niches and the payoff can be rather lucrative if presented correctly.

Perhaps JV up with an SEO guru of some sort...

The best of luck to you!

great tips you have there. The easiest way to get help is by searching on google for it shows more search results but your biggest problem would be the keywords used in searching. You need to be brief and concise. Sometimes, you need to use the word " how to" in order to get better search results.

There are also a lot of tutorials that could be found but some of them gives complicated wordings that makes it difficult to understand. I suggest you start from the basics and form there, create your own process or way.

    Good luck, hope it helps!
