    Welcome Will. You'll find a lot of useful information upstairs (and, it has to be said, a lot of crap as well). If you have the money to do it, I recommend you have a look at War Room membership. There is certainly enough info in there to get you started.

    Down here in The Off Topic forum (OTF) we don't take ourselves, or anything else for that matter, too seriously. If you have a good sense of humour and like a laugh, then you'll fit in real well down here in the OTF.

    Thumbs-up to whateverpedia. Great advice for you there, Will.

    In general, this is a good approach when you're new to WF:

    1. Hold onto your money (although the War Room is useful for newbies).
    2. Consequently, avoid purchasing anything right now (until you know what best to purchase).
    3. Scour Main and specific forums for what appears to be worthwhile information; often obviously designated as such by names of "thanks" under such posts.
    4. Consider your own passions, expertise, experience, and knowledge.
    5. When looking for a way into IM, apply PEEK (above) to potential models.
    6. Decide on one business at a time and before you start be sure to plan and research.
    7. Take action and never be afraid to fail. The more action you will take, the more you will learn.
