Seeing as how the movie was released recently, l did some digging and found this, (well tried to find out if it was released in theatres in AU, the "Lest We Forget one").




If you watch the trailer first then the restored ones, it really brings home how good the movie is, and how great the restored footage is.

I am certainly going to rent the Lest We Forget one, since l have an interest in image restoration, and seeing history in a new light.

And not endorsing the Lest, Forget one, just find it fascinating, and thought that others would also, cheers!

    I once got my boobies done at a tannin' salon called They Shall Glow Gold.


    Problem was, the final hue was more mustard than I wanted an' it clashed with the bill.


    Cool for eatin' burgers on the beach tho bcs I could happily get squirted all ovah from outta the bun without lookin' too unseemly.

    Ok, watched it, and eye opening, but not pretty in some parts.

    It takes a while for the restored footage to appear, but mind blowing when it does.

    Not for everyone, but it gives a good overall view of world war I.

    And 1917, by comparison, pretty damn good, all the way down to the fat rats.

    They Shall Not Grow Old, almost 2 hours.

    The Spanish Flu also started around this time, and got a firm hold, due to soldiers being deployed globally, and other factors.

    As no mans land in 1917 showed, cut your finger in that environment and it will be easily infected.
