Happy birthday Ken. Since I was your age I've lost weight, quit
smoking and stopped wearing a watch. (The watch thing took
20 or 30 points off my blood pressure.)

I'm in a long term followup study for some medical treatments
from years ago and my doctors recently mentioned that despite
my "disabilities" I'm in remarkably good shape.

You don't have to live on twigs and leaves to stay in shape. I
just pay attention (more or less) to what I eat (and how much)
and try to stay as active as I am able.
