Hurricane sandy opportunity

Hopefully this isn't widespread. I haven't heard anything about this in the NY or U.S. media yet, though that doesn't mean it isn't happening. It does seem that the looting is not as extensive as it was during the 1977 blackout. Just to put things into perspective, 13 people being arrested in New York City isn't a large number.

  I'm in the Upper West Side, so I'm not affected by the hurricane much. But there are many businesses and people devastated by it, as you know.

It seems that many of the stories about looting are unsubstantiated. It's easy to believe that some incidents did occur, but apparently the tale of thieves posing as Con Ed workers isn't backed up by any evidence.
