This is funny. Stumbled on this old thread from 2008--some site said WF was worth 127K. Yeah, right.

One guy in the thread said closer to 2 mill which was pretty close. I think it was sold for around 3 million.

Funny to look back.

    Is was a silly discussion then - but now we do know what the WF is worth so that discussion is null and void.

    Ihave heard of departments INTENTIONALLY, and KNOWINGLY, wasting SEVERAL MILLION! The price someone pays isn't necessarily even what they believe it is worth, or considered a bargain.

    The one thing you are completely discounting is time....

    Most web sites or businesses go up and down in value... some fluctuate greatly over days.... let alone many years.

    Was it really worth two million dollars in 2008? It is impossible to say.... It may have been worth more... It may have been worth less...

    The only real way to know this is to have someone actually write a check to buy it....
