Handwritten notes as a way to increase customer satisfaction

When was the last time you received a hand written note from the person who sold you a car or the one that helped you pick out a tie at the upscale department store?

These days, as email and text message communication becomes more common, it's nice when someone actually takes the time to put pen to paper to give thanks. And, you can let your customers know just how much they mean to you by hand writing a note on occasion. These personal gestures will go a long way to help solidify the bond.

A customer who receives a hand written note is more likely to feel appreciated and order again.

Though it should be stressed how the hand written note should not include advertising in any way. (Though you can include some brief contact details if they want to respond).
