Need Help With a Sales Survey

Hello guys,

I'm in the middle of gathering data from my existing list of
subscribers about their sales process, road blocks, and the
services they offer.

So far the results are interesting but I'd like to get a sample
from as large an audience as I possibly can.

Please take the survey, it's 100% anonymous and does not
required you to register. So you may be completely honest with me knowing who you are.

Thanks Russ! I'd be glad to help you out!

Thanks guys, much appreciated!

    Rus,

I took the survey for you... hard for me to answer some of the question, because it really didn't fit my selling style. maybe the implementation of "Other" in a few cases might help?

    Yeah the survey is off.

With telemarketing, 20-30+ prospects a day would be more like it.

      Options weren't enough.

      Truth be told....

      They call me.

They already know the price. They already know the service. By the time they contact me, the sale is a given.

I never have to negotiate price. They already know the price, and they still call.

The only reason I don't close 100% is that I turn down about half.

That's not marketing or positioning, it's reality.

But I should also point out that I only talk to a few a month. I have other businesses that keep me busy. These results would change radically if I actually had to sell anything, or if I were more ambitious.

Took your survey. It made me answer this question too: What obstacles do you find the most hard to overcome when selling to a new prospect? Again you may choose up to 3 of the most relevant answers.

None of the options are at the top for me. Other would have been a good choice for me.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.

I realize that some questions might not be applicable to you, like Claude but there is a method behind why I asked the questions I did.

Having "Other" is a good suggestion and will keep that in mind.

There are more coming that will be drilling down some of the existing questions individually as well.

    Thanks!

One response is at 75% but I'm not saying which one but it's VERY telling about where some are missing it in the sales process. = )

Maybe not the help you are looking for, but Item 4 needs to be corrected from "if you offer more then once service." to "if you offer more than one service."

Maybe make it so some questions can be answered by their statements instead of multiple choice.
