Email Program that lets you create your own "Groupon" type deal?

Hi to all....

I have been driving myself nuts trying to remember where I saw this....

I THINK it was one of the "major" email companies...

a feature where you could create your own groupon/living social sort of deal to send to your list and they would redeem the coupon/deal with you?

I seem to think it was integrated with the email program...not an addon?

Any ideas on this? I will also post this in Email Marketing
