Experience with Contract Sales

I have a guy who is interested in doing contract sales for me. He definitely knows how to sell.

I know that I need to get a contract for him. Make the wording very clear that he is not an employee. Follow all the rules of not making him an employee.

Outside of that, does anyone have any advice for me? Words of wisdom? Do's? Don'ts?

Any advice is appreciated.

    Have your attorney draft a legal contract and sign as a witness. Then both of you are covered if anything were to happen down the road.

      I already have the contract. Would a notary work as the witness?

    Use an attorney, if you don't have the budget for one, use one of the legal doc sites online, you can generally purchase a generic one for 15-20 bucks, obviously would need to add your own information to it.
