Start Fresh! From the Beginning.

I Want to Start Fresh From the beginning. SO let's start some discussion in my this thread from the beginning let's first talk about "How TO sell A product,business opportunity,MLM and so on etc etc etc. TO the Customers & Clients.

      I'm sure you recognize the OP from the Main forum, Tom.

      I for one won't be contributing to this thread as he already knows everything, and is self-admittedly trying to do the impossible. He's looking for opinions that match his preconceived notions.

      UNLESS, ASAP, you specifically say you have dropped those beliefs and are truly trying to build a business.

      Here in the Offline section you are among some of the most serious and experienced people on the site. It is an entirely different world than the silly and make-believe world up there in the main forum. The contributors won't feed unicorn dreams with back-slapping bonhomie.

      When I see someone begging for help in one (several, actually) thread and then giving "advice" in the next, it's a big red flag.

        Thanks for taking a stand on this, Jason. Gordon asked some great questions, but the OP can't be bothered with in-depth answers. Tells me everything I need to know, right there.

    How to sell a product, biz-op or MLM, and so on.

    First, it implies a few things. A person (or entity, like a corp) and a product.

    In addition to those two things, you need

    a Promotion (sales message, of any kind) and a
    Medium, a place where your promotion (or you) intersect with the Prospect to sell your product.

    Product
    Prospect
    Media
    Promotion.

    So, this would be the foundation to begin on.
    Each of those are like the walls in a cement block building. Each wall is built from many blocks, all in the right place.

    OK. Say you have a Biz-Op (Product).
    WHO is the potential customer?
    WHERE are you going to intersect with this prospect?
    WHAT are you going to say to them?

    Answer those simple questions in detail, you have your beginning GO square, then roll the dice and advance and adjust as you continue.

    BUT before any beginning, answer a simple question:

    What do you want?
    Why?

      Fridays begin my weekend, don't like to work...but just spent 2 hours "working" my azz off, shoveling the garbage looking for buried treasure.

      In other words, I visited all the WF sub-forums, and surfaced and spent a lot of time in the "MAIN" WF. How do you guys do it?

      This ASAP character, is another TW...a TIME WASTER

      Sure, there are a lot of TW's online and at all the forums...the Internet is, after all the life to millions. The life, their life, their love and must have. No problem for me, people get to do whatever they want.

      I keep a mental list, of the TW's of the world...avoid them in real life, ignore them on the forums, albeit, getting harder and harder to do.

      So, I DO appreciate the time you DOERS spend here, and I don't agree with everything (last person who agreed with me on everything, I had to get a restraining order on)...and differing points of view, are a good thing.

      OFFLINE and Copywriting forum still have the nuggets to find, and the Claude/Dan (and the supporting cast of characters) in the OFF Topic area is my favorite "Sit-com", very entertaining.

      Thanks for letting us know, we who seldom go to the dump, which people and areas we should not waste any time with.

      As for the BEGINNING, the post I made is a good starting point for the serious student albeit, originally posted to a time wasting goof ball.

      Thanks for spending your time on the surface, so I don't have to.

      Hey, I'm all for contributing, and helping, but if it's going to fall on deaf or confrontational ears, then it's just a waste of time.

      That being said, if the OP (who is currently asking if IM is a "lottery" in the main forum) truly wants and will act on advice from people who know what they are doing--and there are MANY in this subforum--then I will turn my opinion and attitude 180 degrees around.

        Once again - what you said.

        As far as I'm concerned, the Big Guy helps those who help themselves - and those with the right mindset on Warrior Forum. Which sounds an awful lot like we could be picking on the OP. Not at all. Help will be given, but only when deserved.
