Hi guys,

I have had web designers over the years, however many come and go.
Any suggestions for web designers who understanding offline web design?

Any suggestions would be great, even if there is a recommended web designer here on the forum.

    Probably nothing, but he probably is referring to someone who understands it is for offline businesses and make it good for that purpose (if that even makes sense). IE - not someone who is always doing clickbank sales page designs but maybe someone who has catered for brick and mortar businesses before.

    Either way, I don't think there is much of a difference, probably just the way he worded it
